A leading technology company specializing in complex systems engineering is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead an international project for a government client overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Management: Lead project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, including planning, scope management, schedule tracking, and milestone execution.
• Matrix Leadership: Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams across software development, system engineering, and integration.
• Government Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas government representatives—leading discussions, refining requirements, presenting status updates, and resolving technical or operational challenges.
• Requirements Alignment: Translate client needs into clear actionable tasks and align solutions with engineering and R&D teams.
• Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, overcome bottlenecks, and navigate project scope changes to ensure project success.
• Reporting & Governance: Develop work plans, status reports, executive presentations, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Global Coordination: Synchronize technological, operational, and business interfaces across local and international teams while ensuring high customer satisfaction and strict deadline adherence.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience managing technological projects, software, complex systems, and infrastructure.
• Proven track record in managing software development projects and system integrations.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing cross-functional interfaces (R&D, System Engineering, QA, etc.).
• Extensive experience in direct client-facing roles with complex stakeholder environments.
• Exceptional English (written and spoken)—ability to lead international meetings, draft technical documentation, and deliver executive presentations seamlessly.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills with the ability to drive teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High interpersonal skills, independence, initiative, and top-tier problem-solving capabilities in dynamic environments.
