IT Project Manager

IT Project Manager | Information Systems, ERP & Digital Projects

A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex information systems and technology projects from initiation through implementation and delivery.

This role combines end-to-end project management, business and technical requirements analysis, budget and timeline management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional leadership.

You will manage projects across Web, ERP, and digital environments, working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, technology professionals, and external vendors.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage information systems and technology projects from initiation to delivery
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and define project scope
• Develop project plans, manage budgets, timelines, resources, and milestones
• Coordinate between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors
• Oversee development, testing, implementation, and system delivery activities
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and operational challenges
• Manage vendors, subcontractors, and external service providers
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive execution without direct managerial authority
• Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies according to project needs
• Manage projects involving Web applications, ERP systems, and digital solutions
• Use project management tools such as Monday.com for planning, tracking, and reporting

What We're Looking For

• 4–10 years of professional experience managing and controlling technology or information systems projects
• Proven experience leading projects end-to-end, from initiation and requirements analysis through implementation and delivery
• Experience working with Web, ERP, and digital systems
• Experience using project management tools, particularly Monday.com
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience managing vendors and subcontractors
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and lead matrix teams without direct authority
• Good understanding of technology environments and information systems
• Strong project planning, prioritization, monitoring, and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical thinking and a broad systems perspective

Education & Professional Qualifications

Candidates must meet at least one of the following qualification paths:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Information Systems
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management
• Another bachelor's degree combined with at least 300 hours of studies in computerized Information Systems
• Practical Engineering diploma in Computers or a relevant technology field
