SOC Manager

We are looking for an experienced SOC Manager to lead a 24/7 Security Operations Center in a large and complex technological environment.

Job Description

• End-to-end responsibility for cyber threat detection, monitoring, investigation, and incident response
• Manage and lead a team of SOC Analysts, Tier 1–3 professionals, forensic investigators, and incident response specialists
• Lead complex cyber incidents, investigations, and real-time response processes
• Develop and improve operational methodologies, procedures, playbooks, and automation processes
• Manage and enhance security monitoring and protection technologies, including SIEM, EDR, XDR, and SOAR
• Lead Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting activities
• Oversee network security monitoring and cyber-related service incidents
• Manage interfaces with internal teams and external vendors during cyber incidents
• Prepare professional reports and incident summaries for senior management
• Support a 24/7 operational environment, including availability outside regular working hours when required

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Cyber Security – mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience as a Senior SOC Analyst / Tier 3, SOC Team Lead, or SOC Manager – mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience managing a technological team of approximately 10 employees or more – mandatory
• Proven experience leading complex cyber incidents and Incident Response processes – mandatory
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, SOAR, IDS/IPS, Firewalls, and other information security technologies – mandatory
• Strong knowledge of cyber threats, attack techniques, and threat actors – mandatory
• Relevant academic degree, extensive cyber training, or technological military background – mandatory
• Technical English – mandatory
• Experience with Air-Gapped environments – an advantage
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, network architecture, Windows/Linux, and MITRE ATT&CK – an advantage
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar certifications – an advantage
• Willingness to work overtime and provide availability outside regular working hours when needed
