Oversee managed security services operations, maintaining high standards of service delivery, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.

Lead, mentor, and develop SOC and Security Engineering teams.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, including managing communications during critical incidents and escalations.

Define, monitor, and optimize SLAs, KPIs, operational workflows, and service delivery standards.

Lead initiatives to enhance detection engineering, incident response capabilities, and security automation.

Support customer onboarding, contract renewals, service expansion, and technical presales activities.

Identify customer requirements and operational insights, translating them into actionable improvements across the organization.

Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in Managed Security Services, SOC Operations, Security Engineering, or a related field.

Experience leading technical teams and managing complex, customer-facing security services.

Strong knowledge of incident response, threat detection, SIEM technologies, and cloud environments, including AWS and Azure.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both cybersecurity professionals and business stakeholders.

Demonstrated success in enhancing service quality, optimizing operational processes, and improving team performance.

Strong customer focus and the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
