PPC Campaign Specialist

We are looking for a PPC Campaign Manager to join the Global-e B2C Division. The B2C Division works with leading e-commerce brands worldwide to grow international markets through digital marketing activities, creating new and impactful revenue streams for their businesses.

The PPC Campaign Manager will plan, manage and improve the day-to-day campaign activity of our merchants, while working closely with them to understand their business, build strong relationships, and develop and execute strategies that drive growth and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously managing and optimizing campaigns on various platforms including advertising platforms - Google, Meta, TikTok and more.
• Building digital strategies and plans for our merchants, defining target audiences, campaign structure and managing media budgets. Proactively trying out new approaches and ideas, testing new concepts, markets, and product types – all with the ultimate goal of growing the online business we work with.
• Building strong, trusted relationships with our merchants and acting as a strategic partner – understanding their business goals and challenges, presenting insights and recommendations, and working collaboratively to drive growth.
• Communicating regularly with our merchants about campaign activity, performance, creatives, opportunities and challenges, and keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other KPIs.
• Staying on top of paid media industry trends, deepening knowledge and expertise in advertising methodologies, techniques, and channels.

Requirements:

• 3+ years hands-on experience in PPC campaign management – with both Google and Facebook platforms.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry – a big advantage.
• Digital marketing agency experience – an advantage.
• English at a very-high, native level – both spoken and written – a must.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine enjoyment of working closely with people and building strong relationships with clients.
• Great with numbers, analytic capabilities, and a thorough understanding of Excel.
