Description Of The Position
- Managing support calls from all company clients.
- Providing quick and professional support to all customers.
- Working in coordination with salespeople and the Presales team.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure public clouds (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS).
- Familiarity with Office 365 and Exchange.
- Understanding and management of ticketing systems (such as Zendesk).
- Teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity – an advantage.
