Data Systems Analyst (5491)

About the Role

A leading insurance company is seeking an experienced Data Systems Analyst to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with end-to-end ownership from analysis and design to implementation and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and write functional and technical specifications.
• Design data models and Data Warehouse (DWH) structures.
• Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes.
• Design system interfaces and data integration processes.
• Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage production deployment and ensure data quality and process stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and data processes.
• Advanced SQL skills, including stored procedures and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT development and maintenance.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, Star Schema, and normalization.
• Ability to manage requirements end-to-end, from business analysis to production.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
