ERP Department Manager | Bnei Brak | Full-Time

Mertens Malam Team is hiring an ERP Department Manager for a leading healthcare organization in Bnei Brak

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage an ERP department of approximately 50 employees, including management of managers

Lead strategic and cross-organizational projects

Manage information systems across Finance, Human Resources, Logistics and Administration

Develop and execute annual, quarterly and monthly work plans

Manage budgets, vendors and resources

Ensure system availability, maintenance and operational continuity

Drive innovation, development and implementation of AI-based systems and technologies

Work with ERP systems, with a strong focus on SAP

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders

Oversee project management and control, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and procedures

Requirements:

At least 10 years of experience in Information Systems, including 5 years or more in a significant management role

Experience managing managers and leading large teams

Relevant academic education in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent alternative education according to role requirements

Experience managing large-scale, strategic and cross-organizational projects with strong technological orientation

In-depth knowledge of SAP systems, experience with Agile management and familiarity with Finance, Human Resources, Logistics and Healthcare domains – Advantage
