We are seeking an experienced Head of ERP Department to join a leading organization in a senior management role.

In this role, you will lead an ERP department of approximately 50 employees, managing team leaders and professional teams while overseeing enterprise-wide ERP systems across Finance, Human Resources, Logistics, and Administration.

The role includes ensuring system availability, stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement, as well as leading large-scale strategic projects, implementing new systems, and integrating advanced technologies and AI-based solutions.

You will be responsible for developing and executing annual, quarterly, and monthly work plans, managing budgets, resources, employees, and vendors, and driving technological innovation and business process optimization. The position involves close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to align ERP solutions with organizational goals and strategic priorities.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic education – required

• 10+ years of experience in Information Systems, including at least 5 years in a significant management role – required

• Proven experience managing managers and leading large professional teams and organizational units – required

• Proven experience managing and leading large-scale, cross-functional, and strategic projects in complex organizations – required

• Strong technological orientation, in-depth understanding of Information Systems, and the ability to drive innovation and advanced technological solutions – required

• In-depth knowledge of SAP systems and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies – advantage

• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Human Resources, Logistics, and Administration – significant advantage

• In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare industry – advantage
