Operations Coordinator

At Bar Stone, we’re looking for a sharp operations lead to join our family at our offices in Moshav Zeitan (Full-time position).

We are an established, growing family business — which means you get the stability and strength of an industry leader, combined with the heart, trust, and care of a tight-knit family. Everyone here has each other’s back, and we’re looking for someone who shares that exact same drive.

What’s on the table?

Managing the critical bridge between the client, the field, and the factory:

• Coordinating and managing client measurements and on-site installations.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience — with patience, composure, and a smile.
• Daily coordination with production plants, suppliers, and manufacturing workflows.
• Hands-on work in our CRM system, running calculations, and closing every operational loop.

You’re the one for us if:

• High-level, uncompromising customer service is in your DNA.
• You have a technical mindset, comfort with calculations, and proficiency in CRM systems.
• You bring a background in interior design / civil engineering, or proven experience running factory and manufacturing processes.
• You keep your cool and stay sharp, even when things move fast.

What will you get here?

A warm work home, a team that backs you 100%, and real room for growth — with us, hard work and ownership always open doors for advancement.

Sounds like your next step?
