Senior AI Lead

We're looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Senior AI Lead to drive AI adoption and implementation across our organization.

This is a high-impact role for someone who combines deep AI expertise with strong business understanding and the ability to turn ideas into practical, scalable solutions.

You'll work closely with technical teams and senior leadership to identify opportunities where AI can create real value and lead initiatives from concept through implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI adoption and implementation across multiple teams and business functions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI in research, engineering, operations, and business processes.
• Design and implement solutions using LLMs, AI Agents, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and modern AI tools.
• Develop AI-driven workflows and automation to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate complex challenges into practical AI solutions.
• Drive AI initiatives end-to-end, from opportunity identification to implementation and adoption.
• Help shape our AI capabilities, tools, and ways of working.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research, applied AI, or AI-driven product development.
• Proven experience leading AI initiatives across multiple teams or departments.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, AI Agents, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to connect technology with business needs and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Independent, proactive approach with the ability to work directly with senior leadership.
• Strong ownership and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.

Nice to Have:

• Background in cybersecurity, vulnerability research, offensive security, or security-focused R&D.
• Experience collaborating with security researchers and understanding their workflows.
• Experience implementing AI solutions across research, engineering, operations, and business functions.
• Strong familiarity with automation and agentic workflows.
