Generative AI Lead

We’re looking for an AI & Generative AI Lead to lead AI domain end to end

from vision and architecture to the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions in production

This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining AI engineering, platform architecture, innovation, and team leadership, with a real opportunity to shape how the organization builds, deploys, and governs AI at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the organization’s AI and Generative AI technology strategy and execution.
• Design, build, and implement an end-to-end enterprise AI platform, covering architecture, security, monitoring, governance, and workflows.
• Develop and deploy production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Lead the development of LLM-powered applications, AI Agents, RAG solutions, MCP integrations, and Agentic Workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to developers, establishing engineering standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation across the AI landscape.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI and Generative AI solutions in production.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise AI platforms, including architecture, security, monitoring, governance, and operational workflows.
• Experience leading a team or providing technical leadership to developers.
• Strong Python skills and significant backend development experience.
• Practical experience with LLMs and platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or equivalent technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI Agents, RAG, MCP, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic Workflows.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with Vector Databases and cloud environments.
• Strong technical leadership, systems thinking, and a self-driven approach to learning and

innovation

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI Governance and Responsible AI.
• Background in MLOps and Data Engineering.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems.
• Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments.
