Recruitment Operations Coordinator | Centralized Recruitment Administration

Log-On is looking for an experienced Recruitment Operations Coordinator to join a leading organization in the Shfela Area.

This role combines end-to-end recruitment process coordination, administrative operations, stakeholder management, recruitment systems, vendor coordination, and budget control.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple processes simultaneously and work effectively with hiring managers and external partners.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate job requisitions from initial requirements through budget approval and publication
• Receive, organize, and distribute resumes to relevant hiring managers
• Schedule interviews and monitor recruitment process progress
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in SAP and other enterprise systems
• Coordinate ongoing activities with staffing agencies and external recruitment vendors
• Manage and monitor annual and quarterly recruitment budgets
• Perform monthly financial reconciliations and track vendor invoices
• Coordinate payment approvals and maintain ongoing financial control

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in administration, recruitment operations, or broad administrative management
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Experience working with enterprise systems
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple processes and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Significant Advantages

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Advanced Excel proficiency
