A leading enterprise organization is seeking a Core Infrastructure Domain Manager to lead a large-scale and complex infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage managers and professional teams across Compute, Storage, Virtualization, Backup, IBM Power/AS400, and SAP.
• Define technology strategy, roadmap, work plans, and budget.
• Own infrastructure availability, performance, resilience, security, and business continuity.
• Lead strategic technology projects, modernization, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Manage vendors and collaborate with technology and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure within Enterprise organizations.
• 5+ years of experience managing managers and technology teams.
• Strong experience with servers, storage, virtualization, and backup environments.
• Experience with IBM Power/AS400 and SAP/SAP HANA.
• Experience with Data Centers, BCP/DRP, and complex technology projects.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, systems perspective, and change management skills.
