IT Support & Technical Support - 5656

We are hiring for several discreet opportunities in the fields of IT Support and Technical Support for leading organizations.

If you have experience in Help Desk, IT Support, PC, System, or Technical Support, one of these opportunities may be the right next step for you.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Providing technical support to end users and troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, workstations, and endpoint equipment

• Managing users, groups, and permissions in Active Directory

• Working in Microsoft 365 and Windows environments

• Troubleshooting network and connectivity issues

• Managing service tickets and following technical issues through resolution

• Providing remote support and remote desktop assistance

• Working closely with System, Infrastructure, Networking, and other technical teams

• In some positions: working with Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Exchange Online, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Defender

• In Technical Support roles: analyzing logs and data, monitoring systems, handling real-time incidents, and performing system health checks

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in Help Desk / IT Support / PC Technician / Technical Support / System, depending on the position

• Experience working in Windows environments

• Familiarity with Active Directory

• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365

• Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN

• Strong service orientation, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently

Experience with the following will be considered an advantage:

Entra ID | Intune | Azure | Exchange Online | ServiceNow | VMware / Hyper-V | SQL | Networking | Microsoft Defender
