Performance division - Junior demand CSM

Job description

We’re looking for a Junior Demand CSM to support international clients through day-to-day communication while assisting in the execution and optimisation of campaigns to meet performance goals.

This role offers hands-on exposure to campaign operations, reporting, and client support within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with international clients, providing clear communication, regular updates, and responsive support.
• Run, monitor, and optimise live campaigns to ensure strong pacing and delivery against agreed KPIs, identifying issues early and making data-driven adjustments.
• Prepare and deliver performance reporting, translating results into practical insights and recommendations for both clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent.
• Proven experience working with clients, with international client exposure as a strong advantage, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
• Native-level English (mandatory), with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing setting and learn new software quickly.
