Cisco Voice & Telephony Specialist

abra professional services is seeking an experienced Cisco Voice & Telephony Specialist to manage, implement, and maintain enterprise telephony, voice, and recording systems.

This is a full-time position located in central Israel, offering a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, operate, and maintain NICE and ACE recording systems.
• Manage and maintain Cisco IP Telephony environments, including CUCM and Cisco IP Phones.
• Configure CUCM, Cisco phones, SIP, Trunks, and related telephony components.
• Support network and communication infrastructure, including TCP/IP and RTP protocols.
• Support and lead technical projects, including technical specifications, installation, implementation, and user training.
• Work with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  
  

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience – mandatory.
• Experience implementing, operating, and maintaining NICE and ACE recording systems – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience managing Cisco IP Telephony environments, including CUCM and Cisco IP Phones – mandatory.
• Experience configuring CUCM, SIP, Trunks, and telephony components – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of networking and communication protocols, including TCP/IP and RTP – mandatory.
• Experience supporting and implementing technical projects, including technical specifications, installation, and training – mandatory.
• Experience working with Windows and Linux environments – mandatory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools – mandatory.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team – mandatory.
• Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills – mandatory.
