Manpower Israel is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team in Tel Aviv.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in identifying top talent and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for leading organizations across a variety of industries. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement
• Identify, screen, and assess candidates through phone and face-to-face interviews
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Publish and promote job opportunities across multiple recruitment channels
• Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand recruitment needs
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles is a significant advantage
