Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join a leading organization in the Sharon area.

Responsibilities:

Manage HR processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding

Handle employment agreements and provide ongoing support to employees across various HR-related matters

Organize employee welfare activities

Manage End-to-End recruitment processes as part of a collaborative team

Publish job openings and conduct candidate sourcing

Manage ongoing communication with hiring managers across the company

Screen and review resumes

Conduct phone and in-person interviews

Support the onboarding of new employees

Work regularly with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Relevant academic degree

Approximately two years of experience as an HR and Recruitment Coordinator

Experience managing End-to-End recruitment processes

Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel

Strong teamwork skills, proactive approach, and excellent interpersonal skills
