Recruitment & Human Resources Coordinator Wanted!

The role involves taking full ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish—from defining job requirements and publishing vacancies to sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates through job boards and social media.

Responsibilities also include conducting in-depth interviews, checking references, preparing candidate evaluations, sending employment contracts, managing onboarding processes, supporting and advising managers, assisting employees with HR-related matters, and more.

Full-time position at the company’s headquarters in Herzliya Pituach.

• Bachelor’s degree – required
• At least three years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes – required
• Experience recruiting for the construction industry – a significant advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive mindset, creativity, initiative, accountability, independence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to see the bigger picture
