We are now looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide HR support to Hardware teams, you’ll have a key role in shaping our diverse and collaborative environment and help ensure we attract and retain world-class talent.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborating with leaders to support and implement HR strategies that align with NVIDIA's business goals.
• Successfully implement a variety of HR initiatives, including talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement programs.
• Provide outstanding support to both managers and employees, ensuring flawless execution of HR processes and policies.
• Partner with the global HR team to drive inclusion and foster an empowering, supportive work environment.
• Leverage HR analytics to identify key workforce trends, proactively address challenges, and align talent strategies with business goals.
• Manage employee relations issues strictly and confidentially, providing mentorship and solutions that adhere to company policies.
  
  

• Demonstrable experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a high-tech or global organization.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to persuade and work together across all levels.
• Solid understanding of Israeli labor laws and regulations.
• Proactive approach with practical experience using AI tools to enhance HR practices, and introduce innovative working methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with a critical approach to data, turning insights into clear and effective outcomes.
• Proficient in English and Hebrew.
