Mertens – Malam Team is hiring an IT Support Specialist to join a professional and dynamic team in a role offering broad exposure to infrastructure and technical support environments
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to company employees across Help Desk and PC environments
Troubleshoot network hardware software and operating system issues
Manage users and permissions in Active Directory
Handle email issues and support organizational work environments
Work directly with users and provide real time solutions
Join a professional team with company funded training and ongoing guidance
Requirements
At least one year of experience in technical support Help Desk or PC support is required including relevant military experience
Experience diagnosing network and communication issues
Strong knowledge of Windows and Office environments
Experience with Active Directory and Exchange
