About the Role

A leading advertising and media agency in Tel Aviv is looking for an experienced PPC Campaign Manager to join its performance marketing team.

This is a hands-on execution role for a performance marketer with proven, recent experience managing campaigns directly across multiple advertising platforms.

You will own campaign setup, execution, optimization, budgets, performance analysis, and ongoing growth across a diverse client portfolio.

Experience managing real estate campaigns - particularly residential projects and lead generation - is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage, optimize, and scale performance campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Taboola/Outbrain, and DV360.
• Monitor budgets, bidding, pacing, and performance KPIs.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Test audiences, creatives, messaging, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
• Manage significant media budgets across multiple clients and platforms.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Analytics, and Account Management teams.
• Ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and attribution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on PPC / Performance Marketing experience - direct campaign management within advertising platforms is mandatory.
• Previous experience working in a recognized Israeli advertising or media agency.
• Proven experience managing performance campaigns for real estate clients, particularly residential projects.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Google Ads – major campaign types
• Meta Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Taboola or Outbrain
• DV360
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• High attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High-level English.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, on-site position in Tel Aviv.
• Working from the office, with working hours until 18:00.
• No fixed work-from-home days.
• No fixed early-finish arrangements.
• Full professional commitment is required.
• The position does not allow freelance work or management of a private client portfolio alongside the role.
