Mechanical Engineer – Manufacturing & Assembly Engineering

For a leading defense company, we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join the Manufacturing Engineering team and support the transition of complex products from development to production.

Job Description:

Lead NPI and transfer-to-production processes.

Define and improve mechanical manufacturing and assembly processes.

Design production tools, fixtures, jigs and assembly aids.

Prepare manufacturing documentation, work instructions and process files.

Provide engineering support to production teams and subcontractors.

Troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues and support serial production.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – mandatory.

At least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering / NPI / Mechanical Assembly.

Strong ability to read engineering drawings and 3D models.

SolidWorks experience – mandatory.

Knowledge of machining and metal manufacturing technologies – advantage.

Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, high-pressure or piping systems – advantage.

NX experience – advantage.
