We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented NPI Specialist to join our team and play a key role in transferring new products from R&D to manufacturing.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a solid manufacturing background, strong process-oriented thinking, and the ability to take ownership of the engineering and operational infrastructure required for a smooth, accurate, and well-controlled transition to production.

The position involves close collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams, with a strong focus on engineering data management in Priority ERP, BOMs, item master data, product documentation, work instructions, and NPI process monitoring.

What We're Looking For

• Practical Engineer diploma in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems, including significant hands-on experience with Priority ERP – Mandatory.
• Previous experience in electronics, electromechanical, or multidisciplinary manufacturing company – Significant advantage.
• Practical knowledge of production environments and manufacturing processes.
• Experience creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs), item master data, and product documentation.
• Ability to prepare and maintain manufacturing work instructions and technical documentation.
• Good English skills, including the ability to read and understand technical specifications and engineering documentation.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring a structured transition from R&D to manufacturing.
• Create, manage, and maintain item master records in Priority ERP.
• Build, establish, and update Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Prepare and maintain product files and engineering documentation.
• Write and update work instructions, assembly instructions, and manufacturing procedures.
• Coordinate and drive cross-functional activities with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
• Identify process gaps, proactively raise concerns, and escalate risks when necessary.
• Monitor NPI progress, product documentation readiness, engineering changes, and outstanding tasks through completion.
• Support continuous improvement, standardization, and optimization of NPI and manufacturing processes.

Digital Mindset & Innovation

• Experience working with ERP systems and digital tools for process and information management.
• Strong understanding of the importance of data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Ability to use AI tools to support documentation, data analysis, process monitoring, workflow improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Technological curiosity and willingness to adopt and implement new tools and working methods.
