Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who understands performance marketing, loves working with customers, and is excited about AI.

• Own the customer journey from onboarding through adoption, optimization, and expansion.
• Work closely with growth, performance, and CRO teams.
• Help customers get the most out of SuperFunnel and its AI agents.
• Understand their campaigns, funnels, audiences, and conversion goals.
• Review performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve CVR, CPA, ROAS, and revenue.
• Support customers with integrations, tracking, analytics, and technical troubleshooting.
• Bring customer feedback directly into our product team.
• Help build the processes and playbooks that will allow Customer Success to scale.

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Growth, Performance Marketing, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRO, paid acquisition, and funnels.
• Great communication and customer-facing skills.

• Hands-on, analytical, and technically comfortable.
• Ability to use data to understand performance and recommend actions.
• High ownership and ability to work independently.
• Curious, fast learner, and excited about AI.
• Excellent English.
• Experience with D2C or e-commerce brands, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, A/B testing, attribution, or marketing technology is a strong plus.

This is a full-time role based in Tel Aviv. Most of the work happens during regular Israel business hours, but many of our customers are based in the US.

You should be comfortable with flexibility and occasional evening calls or meetings when needed to support US customers.
