Data Analyst

Position Overview-

• Product Data Analyst joining an elite, intimate data division to work alongside a senior peer and report directly to the Head of Data as a core pillar of the Product organization.
• Transforming massive streams of global transaction data, user funnel telemetry, and marketplace metrics into actionable product growth strategies.
• Partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define core KPIs, design A/B experiments, and build predictive behavioral models.
• Designing and maintaining enterprise-grade business intelligence infrastructure to democratize data-backed decision-making across the entire company.

Requirements-

• 3 years of proven professional experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst within product-driven environments (Mandatory).
• Strong, advanced production-grade proficiency writing complex queries in SQL (Mandatory).
• Direct, hands-on experience designing and scaling dynamic data models within enterprise BI / Visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent frameworks (Mandatory).
• Solid technical understanding of analyzing product analytics, conversion funnels, and customer behavior metrics.
• Prior professional domain experience operating within the Gaming, FinTech, or Digital Payments industries is a highly significant advantage.
