About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager / HRBP to build and lead our Human Resources function from the ground up in Holon, Israel. You will play a strategic role in talent acquisition, localized HR compliance, compensation framework design, and building an inclusive startup culture to drive our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End HR System Development: Build the company’s HR infrastructure from scratch, spanning recruitment, C&B, performance management, employee relations, and L&D.
• Talent Acquisition & Staffing: Execute recruitment strategies to source and onboard mid-to-senior talent across management, marketing, and technical functions.
• Localized Compliance & Operations: Ensure 100% compliance with Israeli labor laws and regulations. Oversee the entire employee lifecycle (contracts, social security, onboarding, offboarding) to mitigate employment risks.
• C&B Framework Design: Help design a localized, competitive compensation structure, performance incentive schemes, and benefits packages.
• Employee Relations & Culture: Promote cross-cultural integration, organize engagement activities, and foster a cohesive startup culture.
• Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing tailored HR solutions and organizational development support.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Experience: ~5 years of comprehensive HR management experience. Experience building HR functions from scratch in an Israeli startup, MNC, or automotive/tech sector is highly advantageous.
• Skills & Knowledge: Deep practical knowledge of Israeli labor laws, social security, and tax regulations. Strong proficiency across all HR pillars.
• Languages: Fluency in both Hebrew and English is mandatory (English for internal/corporate communication; Hebrew for local legal and employee matters).
• Other: Deep understanding of the Israeli job market, high cross-cultural sensitivity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
