Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an IT Support Specialist for a leading global company in the financial sector.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to users in Israel and worldwide

Work with senior stakeholders and international teams

Maintain and support personal computers

Support Windows and Microsoft Office environments

Work with enterprise systems

Provide professional IT support within a complex regulatory environment

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in technical support – mandatory

Experience with PC maintenance, Windows and Office installations, and print servers

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft systems, with a strong focus on Windows OS and Office

Hands-on experience with Confluence and Jira – mandatory

Familiarity with Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNow, Zoom, Teams, and Jabber

Experience working in a VDI environment – an advantage

Familiarity with Citrix, Citrix Director, and Mainframe Emulator – an advantage

Previous experience in a global organization – a significant advantage

Very high level of English, both written and spoken, for ongoing communication with international users and teams

Strong service orientation and ability to work independently
