If you're a Tech Lead with strong technical expertise and experience working with complex, business-critical systems, this is an opportunity to influence technology at an organizational level and lead professional standards across the .NET domain.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in ASP.NET / .NET Core development – required

• Recent hands-on experience with WebForms – required

• Significant experience maintaining, upgrading, and stabilizing large-scale Legacy systems

• Strong proficiency in C#, SQL Server, complex queries, and performance optimization

• Experience providing technical leadership to developers in an Agile environment, including Code Reviews, Best Practices, and Design

• Ability to influence technology direction and integrate AI capabilities into development processes
