Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters
• Coordinate HR administrative processes and maintain employee records
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and organizational initiatives
• Assist with performance management, training, and development activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or a similar role
• Experience working closely with managers and employees across the organization
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on approach with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field - an advantage
