What you'll do

• Own a portfolio of client accounts end to end - the campaigns, the budgets, and the growth.
• Scale campaigns aggressively. Find new opportunities - You'll be the head of growth for your portfolio. Nothing is off the table.
• Outgrow the seat. Best CMs here don't just get more accounts, they progress. We are fast-growing, with plenty of new opportunities.
• Manage yourself. Nobody chases your tasks or checks your accounts for you. Freedom here is real, and so is the responsibility.

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years hands-on in Google Ads. You built and optimized real campaigns yourself.
• Meta management is a plus (alone isn't a fit).
• Numbers feel natural to you. We are performance-driven. Analytics is basic here.
• Fluent Hebrew and strong professional English. You'll be on client calls every week.
• Ownership. When something breaks, your first thought is what to do about it.
• Real hunger to get better. You want the feedback, and you act on it.
• Based within commuting distance of Tel Aviv.
