Senior PPC Manager

We're hiring a Senior Campaign Manager into our performance team.

This role can grow into Team Lead. We're building the team, and we want the person who'll lead it to earn it from inside.

What we do

We run paid acquisition in some of the most expensive, most contested auctions in Google Ads across the US, Australia and Canada. Pure performance: every dollar is measured. High stakes, high rewards.

What you'll do

• Own a portfolio of our largest client accounts end to end - the campaigns, the budgets, and the growth.
• Scale campaigns aggressively. Find new opportunities - You'll be the head of growth for your portfolio. Nothing is off the table.
• Raise the bar. Share what works, review other accounts, and make the CMs around you better.
• Earn the lead seat. Deliver on your portfolio, show you can lift the people around you, and Team Lead is the next step. That's the deal - the path is real, and so is the bar.
• Manage yourself. Nobody chases your tasks or checks your accounts for you. Freedom here is real, and so is the responsibility.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads. You've built, scaled and defended real budgets in competitive markets.
• Meta management is a plus (alone isn't a fit).
• Numbers feel natural to you. We are performance-driven. Analytics is basic here.
• You've helped others get better, formally or not - and you want to do more of it.
• Fluent Hebrew and strong professional English. You'll be on client calls every week.
• Ownership. When something breaks, your first thought is what to do about it.
• Real hunger to get better. You want the feedback, and you act on it.
• Based within commuting distance of Tel Aviv.
