Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an Omnichannel Communications Project Manager for a leading organization in the Bnei Brak area

The role includes managing IT and digital projects while achieving professional, technological, financial, operational, and budgetary objectives

Responsibilities

Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle from initial requirements through specification, development, testing, and go-live

Manage project changes and improvements

Prepare work plans, schedules, and resource allocation

Monitor project execution and provide status updates

Develop familiarity with relevant products

Configure management and operational systems

Support training, implementation, and internal customers

Work closely with product vendors, infrastructure teams, and internal systems teams

Requirements

More than 2 years of experience managing IT and digital projects

Experience managing and specifying projects throughout the full lifecycle including requirements, specification, development, testing, go-live, changes, and improvements

Experience managing work plans, monitoring execution, and providing status updates

Ability to work with vendors, infrastructure teams, and internal organizational teams
