NOC Analyst

NOC Analyst | Leading Organization | Central Israel

A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced NOC Analyst to join its technology operations team.

This is not a basic monitoring role. We're looking for a technically strong professional with hands-on experience in Splunk, enterprise infrastructure, log analysis, hybrid Cloud environments, and incident investigation.

The role involves monitoring complex environments, analyzing incidents, identifying root causes, and working across Cloud and On-Prem infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze incidents across enterprise systems and infrastructure
• Investigate complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis
• Analyze logs and identify patterns, anomalies, and infrastructure issues
• Work extensively with Splunk, including writing SPL queries and building dashboards
• Work in hybrid environments combining AWS, Azure, and On-Premises infrastructure
• Support and troubleshoot Windows and Linux environments
• Work with virtualization technologies including VMware and Nutanix
• Investigate infrastructure issues involving Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and Kerberos
• Troubleshoot organization-wide authentication and infrastructure incidents
• Work with Disaster Recovery, Replication, and high-availability mechanisms
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with other infrastructure and technology teams

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience working with monitoring systems – required
• 2+ years of hands-on Splunk experience – required
• Experience writing SPL queries, building dashboards, and analyzing logs
• Experience working in hybrid AWS / Azure / On-Premises environments
• Experience with Windows and Linux
• Experience with VMware and/or Nutanix
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and Kerberos
• Understanding of Disaster Recovery, Replication, and high-availability concepts
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and incident investigation skills
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and take ownership of complex incidents
