NOC Operator

A leading financial organization in Tel Aviv is looking for an experienced NOC Operator to join its IT Operations Center.

Work Schedule: 6 shifts per week, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, as well as Friday morning shifts.

About the Role

The IT Operations Center (ITOC) is responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining the organization's critical IT systems and technological infrastructure.

The role includes real-time monitoring of IT systems, identifying and handling technical incidents, troubleshooting issues, coordinating production changes, and ensuring the stability and availability of enterprise systems and infrastructure.

We are looking for a responsible team player with strong analytical skills, a system-wide perspective, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Must-Have Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience in a NOC / IT Operations Center role, including monitoring and operating enterprise IT systems and infrastructure - mandatory
• Experience with enterprise monitoring systems - mandatory
• Familiarity with Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMs), Kubernetes, networking infrastructure, and information security systems

Advantages
