NOC Analyst | Entry-Level IT & Network Operations

Looking to start your career in IT Operations, networking, and infrastructure?

A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for a NOC Analyst to join its 24/7 operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for technology students or candidates with hands-on technical experience who want to gain practical exposure to enterprise IT systems, network monitoring, incident management, and infrastructure operations.

Previous NOC experience is not required.

What You'll Do

• Monitor IT systems, networks, and communication infrastructure in real time
• Identify system alerts, service disruptions, and potential operational incidents
• Perform initial troubleshooting and technical incident analysis
• Monitor system availability, performance, and operational status
• Escalate complex incidents to relevant IT, infrastructure, and network teams
• Document incidents, track their progress, and provide ongoing status updates
• Work with monitoring platforms and operational control systems
• Support the continuous availability and reliability of critical IT services

What We're Looking For

Candidates should meet at least one of the following profiles:

Option 1 — Technology Students

• First- or second-year students with at least two years remaining until graduation
• Studying Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration with an Information Systems specialization, or a relevant Practical Engineering program

OR

Option 2 — Candidates with Technical Experience

• Hands-on experience as a Field Technician or in a similar technical role
• Background in IT systems, networking, or technical infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical problem-solving abilities

Availability & Position Requirements

• Availability for 3–4 shifts per week, totaling at least 90 hours per month
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Availability for on-call or stand-by duty when required
• Ability to commit to two years of employment following training
