Financial Technology Project Manager

Role Description

• Formulation, planning, and development of technological processes within the organization’s IT systems, in alignment with business needs and the group’s strategic objectives.
• Enhancement and optimization of existing systems, including business needs assessment, requirements mapping, identification, and implementation of new systems.
• Supporting end users, identifying gaps and business needs, and developing an in-depth understanding of the organization’s business processes.
• Systems analysis and preparation of business and functional specifications.
• Managing and leading technological projects, including developing timelines and budgets and monitoring project plans throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Ongoing collaboration with development teams to define and address system requirements.
• Developing long-term work plans for the development, enhancement, and optimization of organizational information systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Computer Science — required.
• 2+ years of experience in technological project management, systems analysis, or technological product management — required.
• Experience working in a financial organization or formal financial education — required.
• High level of English — required.
• Experience working with development teams — strong advantage.
• Experience in systems integration and familiarity with Web technologies such as JavaScript, SOAP, REST, HTTP, and HTML — strong advantage.
