We are recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator to join the recruitment team at SQLINK, a leading software house in Israel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating interviews and accompanying candidates throughout the recruitment process
Working with Recruitment Coordinators and Client Managers and following up on the screening process
Updating the recruitment system throughout the process
Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on people

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree – mandatory
Experience in a service, sales, or administrative role – mandatory
Proficiency in computer applications – mandatory
Strong organizational skills, ability to work at a fast pace, and a passion for working with people
