CHR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR Business Partner for the Israel site, providing strategic and operational HR support to leaders and employees.
• Implement global HR policies, programs, and initiatives while ensuring compliance with Israeli labor law.
• Partner with managers on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational changes.
• Support recruitment activities in partnership with Talent Acquisition, including HR interviews, offers, onboarding, and offboarding. Compensation and benefit management, including supplier management.
• Drive employee engagement, well-being, and culture initiatives aligned with company values.
• Maintain accurate HR data, support reporting, and continuously improve HR processes and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience, including in a global high-tech or R&D environment.
• Acquaintance with Israeli labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
