The R&D center is based in the Tel Aviv region (highly accessible via the light rail system), operating under a hybrid model that includes one day of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Senior AI & Backend Systems Engineer (Python) joining the core team responsible for building the platform's intelligent automation and advanced analytics layer, including an enterprise AI assistant and autonomous agentic systems.
• Driving a production-focused technical split: 60%–70% deep GenAI Engineering (prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, semantic search, and hybrid retrieval) and 30%–40% Robust Data & Systems Engineering (high-throughput data pipelines, schema design, latency tuning, cost optimization, and production monitoring).
• Designing, benchmarking, and scaling continuous security graph analysis mechanisms that identify identity anomalies and generate proactive remediation insights.
• Implementing rigorous evaluation metrics, human-in-the-loop validation frameworks, and failure-mode mitigations for LLMs operating in high-security production environments.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents & Multi-Agent Orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Semantic Search, Hybrid Information Retrieval, System Latency & Cost Optimization, Data Pipelines, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) Security.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven, hands-on professional experience specializing in backend software engineering with a high-level mastery of Python – Mandatory
• 1 years of direct technical experience developing AI-driven features, including deep-dive data design, workflow structuring, semantic models, and prompt orchestration for LLM production applications – Mandatory
• Extensive practical background architecting and debugging Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines, prompt logic, and model evaluations – Mandatory
• Robust, practical experience implementing advanced data retrieval techniques, including RAG, semantic search, vector databases, and hybrid retrieval architectures – Significant Advantage
• Strong structural understanding of data streaming, modern schema design, pipeline latency optimization, and production-level monitoring – Mandatory
