If you are senior Infrastructure professionals looking for a significant professional challenge, this is an opportunity to take part in establishing a new infrastructure team in a large and stable organization in Petah Tikva.

The role requires working from the office only, with no hybrid option, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. These are fixed working days that constitute a mandatory condition for the position.

As part of the role, you will be a central part of setting up and managing a complex Enterprise-grade IT environment, with responsibility for critical infrastructure, leading projects, planning architectures, migrations, and continuous improvement of the environment.

What does the role include?

• Managing and planning complex IT infrastructures in an Enterprise environment, including Microsoft, VMware, Linux, Veeam, and Cloud infrastructures.
• Planning, establishing, and managing VMware vSphere environments, including vSAN, NSX, Site Recovery Manager, and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), alongside responsibility for performance, capacity planning, and optimization.
• Planning and building organizational Disaster Recovery and BCP systems using Veeam, including Multi-Site environments, Immutable Backups, cloud backups, and leading DR drills according to RPO/RTO targets.
• Managing critical Linux environments, including Bash/Python scripting, automation, monitoring, and maintenance of production environments.
• Planning and managing Hybrid and Multi-Cloud infrastructures, working with IaC and cloud security aspects, including leading enterprise-level cloud migrations.
• Working with Nutanix HCI, including AHV and Prism Central/Element - significant advantage for experience transitioning from VMware environments to Nutanix.
• Leading projects, mentoring team members, and high-level technological decision-making.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience managing complex IT infrastructures in an Enterprise environment, including experience in critical production environments.
• In-depth experience in Microsoft and VMware environments, including AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, vSphere, and virtualization infrastructure management.
• Experience planning and managing DR/BCP systems using Veeam, including work with Multi-Site, Immutable Backups, and familiarity with RPO/RTO.
• Advanced experience in Linux and Cloud environments, including Bash/Python scripting, working in Hybrid/Multi-Cloud environments, and IaC.
• Availability to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and working from the offices in Petah Tikva with no hybrid option.
