We are recruiting an HR Coordinator to join SQLINK Group, a leading technology group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Providing ongoing HR support, including employee welfare and professional HR guidance to employees and managers
Working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Conducting frequent field visits to employees and client sites

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree – mandatory
At least 1 year of experience as an HR Coordinator – mandatory
Knowledge of labor laws and experience drafting employment contracts – an advantage
Previous experience in service, placement, or outsourcing companies – significant advantage
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, and a high level of service orientation
