General Purpose of the Job

The Senior VIP Account Manager owns a portfolio of our highest-value and most important players, responsible for driving their lifetime value, KPIs, satisfaction, and retention. This role requires a proactive, creative, and highly independent professional who can manage day-to-day player communication, deeply analyze account data, and work cross-functionally across the business to deliver a premium, personalized VIP experience.

Responsibilities:

• Own a portfolio of top-tier VIP players, managing their day-to-day communication, concerns, and overall relationship
• Drive lifetime value, KPIs, satisfaction, and retention across the portfolio through proactive, personalized engagement
• Analyze player data and behavior patterns to inform outreach strategy, identify risks, and uncover growth opportunities
• Build and manage player segments to communicate updates, changes, and targeted messaging aligned with business goals
• Collect and analyze player feedback and sentiment, flagging insights to management and relevant business units
• Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency, personalization, and decision-making within the account
• Manage a VIP social community, fostering engagement and reflecting community sentiment back to the business
• Drive revenue growth and engagement trends within the portfolio through data-driven, creative initiatives
• Work independently and proactively across departments — Product, BA, Economy, and Monetization — to align player needs with business strategy
• Build and maintain reports to track account performance and communicate progress to stakeholders
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or VIP/relationship management — Must
• Proven analytical competencies and strong data-oriented mindset — Must
• Native or mother-tongue level English — Must
• Demonstrated experience working independently and cross-functionally with multiple business units — Must
• Strong understanding of or hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional context — Advantage
• Technical background (SQL, relevant coursework, degree, or technological unit) — Nice to Have
• Experience managing or building social media communities — Advantage
• Experience performing on camera (hosting, narrating, acting) — Nice to Have
• Target/revenue-driven mindset with a track record of measurable account growth
