Vice President Finance

We are looking for an experienced VP Finance to join a growing pharmaceutical company and take a key leadership role in its financial strategy and operations.

The VP Finance will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team and will be responsible for the company’s financial planning, reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s finance function and financial strategy
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial planning
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting, controls, and compliance
• Provide financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making
• Partner closely with the CEO, executive management team, and Board
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and other external financial partners
• Develop financial processes, controls, and infrastructure to support the company’s growth
• Support strategic initiatives, investments, financing activities, and business expansion
• Lead and develop the finance team

Requirements:

• CPA - Mandatory
• Significant senior finance leadership experience as a VP Finance, Finance Director, or CFO
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, healthcare, or food production industry – Mandatory!.
• Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash-flow management
• Excellent understanding of accounting, financial controls, and compliance
• Strong commercial and business orientation
• Experience supporting a growing or international organization – an advantage
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
