Chief Financial Officer | TASE-Listed Company

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a leading organization in a senior executive position, with full responsibility for its financial operations, strategic financial management, and continued business growth.

As a key member of the executive management team, the CFO will lead the company's financial strategy, oversee financial reporting and corporate governance, and play a central role in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), international operations, and cross-functional business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the company's financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and financial control processes.

Ensure accurate financial statements, regulatory compliance, and reporting in accordance with the requirements of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).

Lead and support mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including financial due diligence, transaction execution, and post-acquisition integration.

Oversee the financial activities of international subsidiaries, working closely with local finance management teams.

Strengthen financial controls, reporting processes, and corporate governance standards.

Work closely with senior management, the parent company's leadership, and relevant stakeholders to support strategic business decisions.

Support the establishment and financial integration of additional subsidiaries as part of the company's growth strategy.

Requirements:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Mandatory

Previous experience as a CFO of a publicly traded company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) - Mandatory

Proven experience in financial reporting and regulatory requirements applicable to TASE-listed companies - Mandatory

Significant hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) - Mandatory

Experience overseeing international subsidiaries and working in a global business environment -Mandatory

Strong background in financial management, budgeting, financial controls, and corporate governance

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal - Mandatory

Experience in the software industry - Significant advantage
