Customer Experience Specialist

A fast-growing AI-driven technology company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist. The role combines client-facing work with technical and operational responsibilities, including onboarding, workshops, ongoing support, and account management. You will work closely with clients, guide them through the platform, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal R&D and Product teams. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, client-oriented, and curious about AI and technology.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of clients from onboarding through ongoing support
• Lead client meetings, workshops, and recurring syncs
• Guide clients through the platform, troubleshoot issues, and test outputs
• Collaborate with R&D and Product teams on client feedback and improvements
• Identify client needs and ensure a high-quality customer experience
  
  

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing tech role
• Excellent written and spoken English and Hebrew
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities independently
• Technical curiosity and genuine interest in AI and technology
• Proactive, hands-on mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  
  

• Gaming industry or game art experience
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Stable Diffusion, Flux, Midjourney, or similar platforms
