We are looking for a talented and driven Business Analyst to join our AI Transformation Unit and play a key role in measuring, optimizing, and driving the business impact of AI initiatives across the organization.

What you’ll do?

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to analyze processes, services, and products and translate them into measurable business value
• Conduct ongoing operational and financial analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Build and maintain ROI models for AI initiatives and transformation projects
• Lead FinOps activities related to AI platforms, infrastructure costs, and consumption tracking
• Develop methodologies and KPIs to measure the business impact of AI adoption across the organization
• Create analyses, dashboards, and business insights using advanced analytics and AI-powered tools

What are we looking for?

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis, BI, Business Analysis, or related roles
• Strong experience with BI tools, databases, SQL, and relevant analytical/programming languages
• Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis and business insights
• Ability to influence and work effectively within a large and complex enterprise environment
• Proactive mindset with strong presentation and data storytelling capabilities

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Deep familiarity with Generative AI tools and AI-driven analytics solutions
• Academic background in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field
