Salesforce Business Analyst

Join one of Israel’s leading investment houses and take a key role in shaping and delivering Salesforce solutions across a wide range of business units. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong implementation background to serve as the key functional bridge between internal customers and the Salesforce team from discovery and understanding business needs, through solution design and requirements definition, to supporting successful implementation.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with internal customers to understand business needs, challenges, and processes.
• Lead discovery sessions, process mapping, and root-cause analysis to identify the right business solution.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Design Salesforce solutions based on platform capabilities, including data models, permissions, automation, and integrations.
• Serve as the functional bridge between customers and Salesforce Implementers, Architects, and Product Managers.
• Support the solution lifecycle from initial analysis through UAT and go-live.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience, with a strong implementation background and hands-on Business Analysis experience - Must
• Proven customer-facing experience in discovery, requirements gathering, and business process analysis - Must
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, data modeling, permissions, and sharing - Must
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements - Must
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and automation - Advantage
• Experience with data migration, data cleansing, and integrations - Advantage
• Experience working in Agile environments with Jira/Confluence - Advantage
• Salesforce certifications - Advantage
