Ben-Gurion University of the Negev is seeking a Faculty HR Manager to lead and implement HR strategy while partnering with academic and administrative leaders across the Faculty of Health Sciences. This is a strategic, people-focused role with broad responsibility across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement the faculty's HR strategy and policies.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, employee relations, compensation updates, retention, and offboarding.
• Partner with senior managers, providing strategic HR guidance and support.
• Lead organizational development initiatives, change management, and employee engagement programs.
• Manage the faculty HR team and drive annual HR work plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or Psychology); Master's degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of HR experience in a medium-sized organization, including leadership of core HR functions.
• Previous experience managing HR professionals.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and leading strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of organizational development and labor law.
